Please find attached the non-core scheme. Please note that the scheme was supposed to be effective from 01/04/12, but to our utter surprise GIPSA management made it effective from 01/04/2013. Moreover there was no provision of 4th car loan.We were also assured that there will be revision of Conveyance Allowance for Dev.Officers(A).
We strongly register our protest against this autocratic attitude of GIPSA Management and demand for immediate discussion on Non core benefit on the basis of Charter of Demand submitted by us.
